Warranty
Goods purchased through Evoipstore are covered under OEM/ Manufacturer warranty terms
In case of faulty goods under warranty customer would need to get RMA (Return material authorization) from OEM.

Return Policy
Customer can return goods within 10 days of Receipt of Material for any reason (subject to a 25% restocking fee) provided that they are in new condition and complete with the original packaging. The items to be returned must be placed in the manufacturer’s packaging and then inside another box to protect it during shipping. Please note that clearance / open box items are not eligible for returns for refund, but may be exchanged if defective.
